BCD has now merged with RAPS!!!! We get a LOT of email everyday, and thus far, I am handling all email requests by myself. Upgrades should occur rather quickly (usually within 24 hours, and often within 4hrs.), but there may be a delay in response to questions. The former BCD forums are being merged into the RAPS boards, and each city will now have one private forum not viewable to non-bcd members.
After you have met upgrade requirements, email us at upgrades@aspd.net with your username on the boards and/or Verotel Key and your in order to be upgraded.
The monthly fee for access to BCD is $10/month. Discounted rates of $25/3 months, $50/6 months are also available.

BCD is operated on an honor system basis. We expect you to behave as gentlemen. However, we can and will check periodically to insure that our policies are being upheld. This means:
Your membership belongs to you and you alone. DO NOT share your username and password with others. If you are detected to be doing so, your membership will be cancelled for abuse.
Providers are not allowed access to this area, or it's content. PERIOD. Under no circumstances should providers contact us with requests for admittance. There are providers only access areas on this site, and the gentlemen deserve the right to their own area as well. If you are discovered to violate this rule, you will risk having any and all advertising privileges with ASPD.NET cancelle, and a permanent ban on your account may result.
Reviews posted here will remain private. You MAY NOT repost any review that was not posted by you. If you wish to repost your own review, you are welcome to do so, but we require that you list at the bottom of the review that it was formatted on here, with a link to ASPD.NET. We believe in sharing information, but only that that is yours, and we do wish to retain our review format as original. If you are not willing to link back to us in any post in which you use our format, you are in violation of our copyright policy.

Some members have and will be granted free memberships based on their review contributions. In order to qualify for free membership, you must have a minimum of 3 existing reviews, and will be required to post at least one additional review per quarter in order to maintain it. Those who post constant Discussion Topics, but little review content will not be considered for free membership.
